About the Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the equipment hire business, ensuring equipment availability, deliveries, collections, scheduling, and customer requirements are managed effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage daily operations of the equipment hire business
n
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, collections, and logistics
n
- Lead and support drivers, yard staff, and operational teams
n
- Manage scheduling, job allocation, and resource planning
n




- Ensure efficient equipment movements and fleet availability
n
- Support safety compliance and operational standards
n
- Be hands-on and support the team when required
n

About You

You're an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front. Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in equipment hire, construction, transport, logistics, or similar industries

- Strong leadership, people management skills and a team player
n
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources, and daily operations
n
- A practical, hands-on approach with robust problem-solving ability
