The opportunity
n As the Product Manager for Wireless Cameras, Interactive Whiteboards & Pro AV Solutions at Dahua Technology Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of these key product lines. Working within the dynamic Information & Communication Technology industry, you will leverage your expertise to enhance the company's offerings and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities

n

Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to ensure the continued success and competitiveness of Dahua's wireless camera, interactive whiteboard, and pro AV solutions portfolios

n

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, sales, and marketing, to identify market trends, gather customer insights, and translate them into product roadmaps and enhancements

n

Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives

n

Continuously monitor industry developments, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements, extensions, or new product introductions

n

Effectively communicate product strategies, roadmaps,



and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including senior management

n

Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, enabling them to confidently position and sell Dahua's products to customers

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a focus on wireless camera, interactive whiteboard, or pro AV solutions

n

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, market trends, and competitive landscapes in the relevant product categories

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused strategies

n

Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support

n

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, sales, and marketing

n

Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business, is preferred

n

Language Skills (Mandatory): Skilled bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is strictly required to facilitate precise and efficient communication with our overseas headquarters.
