As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our permanent production team across our Assembly, Prep and Cook areas. We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy working in a fast-paced production kitchen and want the security of a full-time permanent role.

Kitchen Production Team Members (Assembly, Prep & Cook) – Full Time

About the Roles

n

Successful applicants will be placed into one of our production teams based on experience, skills and business needs.

n

Assembly Team

n

n
- Portioning and assembling meals
n
- Packing and labelling finished products
n
- Maintaining quality and presentation standards
n
- Working efficiently to production targets
n

n





Prep Team

n

n
- Preparing ingredients for production
n
- Washing, cutting and batching vegetables, proteins and other ingredients
n
- Following recipes and production specifications
n
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
n

n

Cook Team

n

n
- Preparing and cooking meals in line with recipes
n
- Operating commercial kitchen equipment
n
- Monitoring food quality and consistency
n
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
n

n

Across all roles, you will:

n

n
- Work as part of a supportive production team
n
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation
n
- Follow recipes and production processes accurately
n
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality
n
- Follow all food safety, HACCP, quality (ISO) and workplace health and safety procedures.
n

About You

n

We're looking for people who:

n

n
- Have previous experience in a commercial kitchen, food production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
n
- Are reliable, punctual and committed to full-time employment
n
- Work well within a team
n
- Can communicate clearly in English
n
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Can work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
n

Physical Requirements

n

These are physically active production roles. To perform the inherent requirements of the position, you must be able to:

n

n
- Be on your feet for most of your shift
n
- Perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the day
n
- Frequently lift, carry and move items weighing up to 20kg
n
- Bend, reach, twist and move safely throughout the shift
n
- Work comfortably in both hot and chilled production environments
n
- Maintain a consistent work pace while following safe manual handling practices
n

n

Shift Information

n

These are full-time permanent positions with fixed shifts.

n

AM Shift

n

n
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
n

n

PM Shift

n

n
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
n

n

(Current shift times are fixed, however operational requirements may change in the future.)

n

Essential Requirements

n

Applicants MUST have full Australian working rights or unrestricted working rights.

n

Due to operational requirements, applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.

n
