Job Description

YOMG Elanora is seeking a Full Time Prep Chef to join our busy kitchen team. The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a minimum of 38 hours per week, and a proven ability to operate in a quick-paced kitchen with a team focus.

You will handle stock ordering and prep, maintain stock budgets, perform monthly stocktakes, and uphold Food Safety Programs and SOPs. Enjoy perks like free meals on shift and fixed day shifts.
