Your Duties

n

This position is a pivotal support role that bridges Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relations functions. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the role ensures smooth operational delivery across sales administration, marketing execution, purchaser communications, and settlements.

- Maintain the CRM and track / report reservations, exchanges, and settlements
n
- Assist in preparing and distributing contracts, pricing, and disclosure documentation and liaise with solicitors, purchasers,



and sales agents regarding progress
n
- Coordinate production of POS collateral, digital assets, and signage
n
- Monitor and coordinate ongoing updates to project websites, digital platforms, and property portal listings
n
- Support EDM distribution, database maintenance, and campaign metric tracking
n
- Assist with project and corporate events including launches and display openings
n
- Assist with preparation of pre-settlement workflow and co-ordination
n

Requirements

n

n
- Experience working in Admin, Sales support or Marketing within Real Estate or Development
n
- Strong prioritisation and computer skills (MS Office & CRM's)
n
- Outgoing, good energy and willing to learn
n
- Able to work 100% from the office
n
- Chinese language skills would be an advantage
n
