The energy team handles a variety of projects and transactions in Australia's energy sector, offering comprehensive advice on acquisitions, project development, financing, regulation, and disputes.

The Role

Our client are seeking an experienced lawyer to join the team in Sydney.

n

You will work closely with a highly regarded partner who specialises in facilitating the development and procurement of major energy and infrastructure projects across Australia.

Requirements

n

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years post admission experience with a focus on project and acquisition finance.

n

- Desire and ability to handle high-value and technically challenging transactions
n
- Strong drafting, communication, and analysis skills
n
- Capability of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
n
- A strong client service approach and ability to work effectively with clients
n
