Aruma is seeking a Support Worker in Goulburn for casual and part‐time shifts. You'll help people live independently, assist with daily living tasks, and promote social connection within the community.

No prior disability support experience is required; heart, empathy and a willingness to learn are key. Role includes documentation, ensuring a secure environment, and working a rotating roster (mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends).
