An exciting opportunity is available for you to join as a Grain Receival Coordinator.

n

This position supports the Grain Receival Team Leader in managing all aspects of grain receival operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and accurate documentation throughout storage and handling processes.

n

The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining grain integrity, coordinating receivals, and supporting efficient site operations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with daily grain receival operations, including testing and sampling.
n
- Support protection and quality control of stored grain.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of products.
n
- Coordinate grain receivals with transport providers and grain buyers.
n
- Liaise with delivery drivers and external storage providers.
n
- Operate weighbridge functions including weighing general freight vehicles.
n
- Monitor and maintain external storage facilities.
n
- Identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
n
- Assist in managing non-conforming product risks.
n
- Support compliance with company policies,



procedures, and safety standards.
n
