You will recruit and mentor a team, build supplier relationships, curate lists, and align beverage strategy with seasonal menus, events and budgets.

This senior, hands-on leadership role offers autonomy, storytelling, and opportunities to shape a renowned cellar experience across diverse venues and guest experiences.
