About the Company
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.
The organisation has a strong paediatric focus and provides individual therapy, assessments, reports and telehealth. Clinicians work closely with families and carers, with services designed around practical, evidence-based support.
About the Role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team on a contractor basis.
The caseload is predominantly younger children of primary school age, with a strong focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder . The successful clinician will need to be comfortable working independently with this type of caseload and confident managing their own clinical workload.
The role is mostly clinic-based , allowing clinicians to see more clients per day and maintain a consistent workload throughout the year. There is also solid demand for community-based services, particularly outside school hours, giving you scope to build a mix that suits your availability.
Contractor rates up to $120 per hour considered depending on experience. Travel reimbursement is available for applicable community work.
