Medibank is seeking a Senior IT Application Support Analyst to join the Amplar Health Technology & Digital team. You’ll maintain stability, security and performance of our health applications portfolio across Australia, collaborating with technology, security, vendor and business partners.
You’ll provide Level 2/3 support for critical health apps, drive incidents and change activities, support vulnerability remediation and deliver robust runbooks and documentation to enable reliable operations.
