About the roleThe Nurse Manager - Workforce and Patient Flow is accountable at an advanced practice level for coordinating workforce management and patient flow activities across the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service within Surgical Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (STARS). The role provides operational leadership to ensure the effective use of human, financial and material resources while supporting safe, sustainable and high-quality service delivery.The successful candidate will lead workforce and patient flow initiatives, support service planning and performance objectives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency.
