1Recruit International is seeking six Contract Administrators for Brisbane projects spanning luxury high-rise, premium commercial and major multi-tower precincts. You will manage trade procurement, tendering and scope of works, and administer subcontract packages from procurement through to close-out.

This role offers exposure to a landmark development portfolio with a solid emphasis on cost forecasting, variations, progress claims and working closely with Commercial Managers, Project Managers,
