Delivering projects across education, health, commercial and government sectors, this role involves taking ownership of commercial and contractual management, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with Project Managers and Construction Managers.

The role will oversee procurement, variations, EOTs, progress claims and contract compliance, using Procore or Aconex.
