We're looking for someone who already has the number saved. Our client is an established fashion supply business, Australian operations backed by offshore production, and we're after a senior Sales Manager who has spent the last decade building real relationships inside Australia's major chain stores. Not category knowledge. Not LinkedIn connections. Actual relationships with the people who sign off on orders.

This is a new business role. You'll be hunting, not farming, bringing in chain-store accounts our client doesn't yet have, at the level that moves the needle. I

What you'll be doing

Winning new chain-store business across Australia's major retailers, think Big W, Kmart, Lowes, Apparel Group. You'll own the relationships from first conversation to on-shelf, and you'll have a production team behind you (garment technicians, production coordinator, logistics coordinator) to make sure what you sell actually gets delivered. You manage them. That's the job.





Who we're after

- 10+ years in Australian fashion/apparel, supply side
- You know the major chain-store buying managers personally, not their assistants, not their category pages, them
- You've opened doors at this level before and you have the orders to prove it
- You can lead a small production team without micromanaging them into the ground
- You're hungry enough to build something, senior enough to do it without hand-holding
