PeopleWise Group, a well-established South Australian manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced HR People & Safety Senior Advisor to lead the people function and take strategic oversight of Work Health & Safety.

Reporting to directors, you will drive HR across multiple sites, mentor the HR Coordinator, manage payroll support and Return to Work coordination, and partner with operations to ensure practical, compliant HR and WHS outcomes.
