Role Summary

A rare chance to lead at domain level inside one of Australia's largest banking transformation agendas. This role puts you at the table with executive stakeholders shaping the bank's 2027 vision, with real influence over strategy and delivery outcomes across the Everyday Banking chapter.

Role Responsibilities

- Own delivery outcomes across the Everyday Banking chapter
- Lead and develop a team of 3 - 4 Senior Performance Leads




- Build and maintain trusted relationships with EGMs, Executive Advisors, and Crew Leads
- Translate strategy into execution, linking day-to-day delivery to the broader roadmap
- Rapidly build deep product knowledge across everyday banking if you don't already have it

Role Requirements

- Proven leadership and people management experience - this is a team leadership role, not an IC stretch
- A track record of stakeholder management and influence at senior/executive levels
- Solid agile and scaled agile delivery experience
- A background that blends consulting (Big 4 or similar) with in-house strategy or delivery experience
- Ideally, exposure to everyday banking products - but strong learning agility can substitute
- Sydney-based, or willing to be - this one needs a local presence given the seniority and stakeholder cadence
