Calleo is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer for a major Federal Government program delivering enterprise-scale data capabilities. You will design, build and optimise data platforms to support analytics, reporting, AI and decision-making, leveraging Databricks and Microsoft Fabric in a regulated setting.

You will lead data pipelines, Lakehouse architectures and governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teams as part of a hybrid work arrangement across Australia.
