This role offers the opportunity to lead critical property transactions across a diverse portfolio while working with high-profile government clients and stakeholders.This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth.Key Responsibilities:Manage comprehensive end-to-end delivery of critical lease events, including negotiating new leases, renewals, licenses, and other use agreements across an allocated government property portfolioConduct market rent reviews in accordance with lease agreements and lead make-good negotiations with multiple stakeholders including clients, landlords, and valuersExecute end-to-end market searches, deliver professional market presentations with strategic recommendations, and manage administrative leasing requirements through to executionBuild and maintain strong relationships with government clients, Strategic Property Advisors, landlords, and internal JLL teams to ensure seamless service deliveryEnsure strict compliance with client approval procedures, maintain confidentiality and audit trails,
