Job Description

Packer and Food Production - Cold Storage

Pack chilled ready-to-eat meals accurately, including checking products, labels, use-by dates, quantities and packaging before they are packed into cartons.

Work safely and efficiently in a cool-room setting, generally between 1°C and 5°C, while standing for extended periods and completing repetitive packing tasks.

Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen-control and quality procedures, including wearing protective clothing and immediately reporting damaged, incorrect or unsafe products.

Keep the packing area clean, organised and ready for production, while assisting with cartons, stock movement, pallet preparation, cleaning and other reasonable production duties.

n

Bring an excellent attitude, strong reliability and a willingness to learn. Experience is not necessary. Candidates who are on time, hardworking, positive and able to follow instructions carefully will be strongly considered for the role.
