An opportunity has risen for an experienced Parts Interpreterto join our Parts Department assisting with Retail,Trade and Dealer sales for the following brands - Hyundai, Nissan, Isuzu Ute and Suzuki

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following:

- Assistingretail and trade customers with parts enquiries
n
- Interpreting andidentifyingautomotive parts and accessories
n
- Processing orders and invoices accurately
n
- Managing customer back-orders and follow-ups
n
- Promotingadditionalsales opportunities
n
- Providing exceptional customer service
n
- Maintaining a clean,safeandorganisedwork environment
n

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role.
n
- Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
n
- Team player
