About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer (minimum 3 years) to join our growing financial planning practice at Peak Partnership Wealth Design Solutions.

n

This is a key role within our advice delivery team, focused on end-to-end implementation of financial advice strategies across superannuation, investment platforms, and personal insurance.

n

You will work closely with advisers and clients to deliver seamless, high-quality implementation outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- End-to-end implementation of financial advice strategies
n
- Work across multiple super, wrap and investment platforms
n
- Assist with risk insurance implementation and servicing
n
- Arrange term deposits and investment transactions
n
- Support and execute listed investments / share trades (minimal/sporadic only)
n
- Act as primary point of contact for clients during implementation
n
- Manage workflow and tasks through XPlan
n
- Prepare and collate review and compliance documentation
n
- Maintain accurate client records and data integrity in XPlan
n

n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial planning CSO role
n
- Solid working knowledge of XPlan (essential requirement)
n
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n




- Professional communication skills and client focus
n

n

Highly regarded:

- Experience across multiple superannuation and investment platforms
n
- Exposure to risk insurance (applications, underwriting, servicing)
n
- Confidence managing end-to-end implementation independently
n
