Job Description

ThompsonCook is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end‐to‐end payroll for a large, multi‐site workforce across Australia. You will ensure accurate processing, maintain records, and apply awards and legislation to stay compliant.

The role supports process improvements and system enhancements within a busy payroll team. Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in payroll, robust Excel and payroll system skills, and a proactive, team‐oriented approach.
