Job Purpose
n
Engage and assist in the delivery of Cyber Security Engineering services to support the development of designs and associated activities as requested by the line Manager.
n Support the Cyber Security Engineer to include WHS activities, systems assurance, risk management, competency management, requirement management, procurement, installation, Test and Commissioning and Tenders
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Assist in Planning, delivering, and managing cyber security deliverables for projects.
n
- Performing cyber security testing and penetration testing.
n
- Troubleshooting security and network problems.
n
- Participating in the change management process.
n
- Working with other SMEs in the system engineering and assurance team to ensure the solution satisfied the cyber security requirements of the project.
n
- Working with client to assist in cyber security workshops and meetings.
n
- Ensure that all cyber security activities are consistent with the approved cyber security management plan.
n
- Traceability of the solution through requirements management and traceability tools within the DOORS environment.
n
- Assist in participating in technical design reviews to allow the project delivery to progress through lifecycle gate reviews.
n
- Completion of allocated tasks to the required standard, within the require time frames and budgets
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent – (Mandatory)
n
- Eligible to be a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia – (Desirable)
n
- Experience in large scale technology driven engineering projects.
n
- Experience in multi-discipline Projects including infrastructure, railway, DoD, Utilities, Oil & Gas
n
n
