Are you an experienced irrigation professional ready to step into a leadership role, or a current supervisor looking for a fresh challenge?

n

We're working with a well‐established and growing contractor delivering irrigation installation, upgrades, and maintenance projects across the Perth metro area. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be out in the field supporting your team while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

The Role

n

You'll take the lead on a range of irrigation projects, overseeing both installation and maintenance works while supporting a small team of technicians.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Leading and supporting field teams across multiple projects
n
- Managing irrigation installations, upgrades, and servicing works
n
- Diagnosing faults and overseeing repairs on existing systems
n
- Coordinating materials, subcontractors, and job scheduling
n
- Monitoring job progress, quality,



and safety compliance
n
- Maintaining strong client relationships on‐site
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Hands‐on irrigation experience (essential)
n
- Experience leading crews or stepping into a supervisory role
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work independently
n
- Valuable communication and customer‐facing skills
n
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage daily workloads
n
- White Card & Driver's Licence (required)
n
- Qualifications in Irrigation, Horticulture, Turf or similar (highly regarded)
n
