The People & Safety team is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the MyerGroup's new Store Support Office in South Melbourne. This role will play a key role in welcoming the teams of Myer and Apparel Brands to the combined workplace as well as ensuring that day to day our facilities enable a productive, safe, and engaging team member and visitor experience.

About the role:

n

n
- Coach and develop a small team to deliver a positive customer service culture, including concierge and mailroom operations
n
- Ensure the Store Support Office is maintained to a high standard, ensuring functionality with preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and any other required work
n
- Ensure the office has sufficient provisions to operate effectively
n
- Work closely with base building management and suppliers to ensure delivery of agreed services
n




- Maintain workplace management software such as desk booking systems and visitor sign in
n
- Facilitate Store Support Office onboarding for new members and contractors
n
- Manage emergency, safety and wellbeing measures
n

About you:

n

n
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a corporate office workplace delivering a high level of customer service - 7 plus years ideally
n
- Proven ability to multitask with a strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Experience in identifying and driving process improvements
n
- Ability to resolve stakeholder concerns in an empathetic, solution focused manner
n
