Caloundra Surf Outlet is excited to announce a brand-new store opening in August. We'll be stocking a huge range of Surf, Skate and Streetwear Clothing and accessories at discounted prices, plus boards, bodyboards, skateboards and surf accessories for the entire family.

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to help lead this exciting new location. If you thrive in a face-paced retail workplace, love surf culture and enjoy building strong, supportive teams, this is your chance to be part of something fresh.

Caloundra Surf Outlet will join our extablished group of stores, including Kawana Surf Outlet (operating on the Sunshine Coast for the past 9 years) Maroochy Surf Outlet, Noosa Surf Outlet and Hervey Bay Surf Outlet. We pride ourselves on a friendly, team-orientated culture and delivering great service and great discounts to our customers.

The Roles

- Lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service
n
- Drive sales across boards, accessories and surf clothing
n
- Support and develop a positive, motivated team
n
- Maintain merchandising, stock levels and store presentation
n
- Relationship building will be an essential part of your role with the various reps and the community.

About You

n

n
- Previous retail leadership experience (store or assistant manager level)
n
- Strong communication and people-management skills
n
- Passion for surf retail and customer service
n
- Reliable, organised and confident in leading a team
n
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
n
- An affinity with the surf lifestyle
n
- Reliable and ready to help build a brand-new store from the ground up
