An exciting opportunity exists for a senior leader to take ownership of client delivery across a diverse portfolio within the travel and accommodation sector. This Sydney-based role will see you leading regional teams, driving service excellence, and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

The Role:

n

Lead, mentor, and develop Account Management and Operations teams.

n

Champion the voice of the customer across internal departments including Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance.

n

Manage complex client projects, implementations, and ongoing service delivery.

n

Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships.

n

Oversee business reviews, reporting, and strategic account planning.

n

Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.

n

Ensure alignment with technology platforms and service solutions.

n

Provide executive-level oversight, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.

n

About You:

n

10+ years' experience in client delivery, account management, or operations.

n

At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the travel industry — hotel accommodation experience is essential.

n

Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive client outcomes.

n





Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.

n

Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

n

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).

n

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across global teams.

n
