Job Description

SMC Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume recruitment across Australia and Recent Zealand, partnering with leaders to design roles and refine hiring strategies.

You will manage talent pipelines, screening, onboarding support, and ensure a positive candidate experience while navigating an environment undergoing transformation. Five+ years in talent acquisition in industrial manufacturing and ATS/HRIS experience preferred.
