Air Conditioning Installer – Team Leader

n

We're a well-established and growing air conditioning company looking for an experienced Team Leader Air Conditioning Installer to join our team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality residential and commercial installations.

About the Role

n

Lead and work alongside an installation team on residential and commercial projects.

n

Install split systems, ducted systems, multi-head and VRV/VRF systems.

n

Coordinate jobs to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

n

Mentor apprentices and junior installers.

n

Liaise with customers and office staff to ensure a smooth installation process.

n

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

n

Skills & Experience

n





Extensive experience installing residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

n

Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred.

n

Current Driver Licence.

n

White Card.

n

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

n

Ability to read plans and troubleshoot installation issues.

n

Robust work ethic and attention to detail.

n
