Senior Platform Operations Lead | Salesforce

Lead platform operations for a business-critical enterprise Salesforce environment, managing senior engineers, platform enablement, major incidents, releases and continuous improvement.

Location : All acrossAustralia

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 12 months with one 12-month extension option

Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline or higher

Essential Tasks

- Lead and manage Senior Platform Engineers supporting a critical enterprise CRM platform.
- Drive Salesforce platform enablement, operational leadership and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate major incident response, releases, testing, CAB activities and change governance.
- Manage vendors and ICT stakeholders while strengthening platform security and resilience.

Key Criteria

- More than 5 years’ experience leading and managing ICT support teams.
- Experience supporting or managing complex CRM/business systems, including Salesforce.
- Strong process development, documentation and implementation capability.
- Proven stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and technical leadership experience.

Due to the nature of this workplace, Australian citizenship is required.
