The Role

As Head of Asset Management, you’ll take responsibility for the overall performance, leadership and development of the asset management department.

You’ll work closely with the wider leadership team while providing direction, structure and support to the property management team.

Your role will include:

- Leading and mentoring the Asset Management team
- Driving department performance, processes and service standards
- Overseeing the management of commercial property portfolios
- Supporting the team with complex landlord, tenant and property matters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Reviewing systems, procedures and efficiencies across the department
- Supporting client retention and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth
- Working collaboratively with Sales & Leasing and the wider business
- Creating accountability while maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture

The Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced commercial property professional who is ready to take ownership of a department.

- Previous leadership, team management or senior property management experience
- A strong understanding of commercial leases and property management legislation
- The ability to mentor, develop and get the best out of a team
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- The confidence to make decisions and drive change
