Pakka Jacks is seeking two experienced Mechanical Leads to support our field operations across mining sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for a trade-qualified mechanical person who understands what it takes to work safely and reliably in the field, not behind a desk.
You will lead from the front, coordinate with customers and site teams, review equipment condition, and ensure planning, tool readiness and task execution meet safety and quality standards in agile site conditions.
