Our client is a fast-growing Australian food business. They started with a handful of people and a belief that corporate food had been done badly for too long. They now have a team of over 120, they send over $100k worth of food out the door every single day to some of the biggest names in the country and they've doubled in size in under three years while tracking 60% year-on-year growth.

They've recently acquired a second brand and they're nowhere near finished.

To date, all that growth & brand equity has been built with almost no dedicated digital investment.

So this hire doesn't inherit a slice of someone else's machine. They get the whole engine:

- The full e-commerce customer journey across two brands and two websites
- CRM and lifecycle marketing
- SEO, SEM and paid media




- Content and UX
- Real influence over a major recent e-commerce platform build

Nobody is elite across all of that- they just want someone genuinely strong in a few of those areas and clear-eyed about the rest.

This is founder-led and it isn't polished. Plenty is still being built. That's the appeal for the right person- you'll do well here if you're comfortable building rather than inheriting.
