- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce implementation
- Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones and delivery schedules
- Coordinate business, technology, Salesforce and implementation partner activities
- Manage project scope, budgets, resources and delivery forecasts
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery blockers
- Establish project governance and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate requirements, solution design, testing, deployment and transition to BAU
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Drive business readiness, change and adoption activities
- Facilitate steering committees, workshops and key project forums
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed business outcomes and advantages

About You





You’ll be an accomplished technology Project Manager with experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programs. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Strong Salesforce implementation or transformation experience
- Demonstrated delivery of large-scale technology projects
- Experience working across complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills
- Experience managing systems integrators and technology vendors
- Excellent project governance, planning, financial and risk management capabilities
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments
- Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, AI, automation, Service Cloud or CRM transformation would be highly regarded
