This newly created role provides broad oversight managing financial control and day-to-day fund operations. You'll oversee and review work completed by outsourced providers (fund administration,



property accounting and tax advisers) and take the lead in completing financial reporting, including NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements and assist with compliance.

Requirements

- CA/CPAqualified
- Relevantclientexperience funds or property sector experience as a FM or Senior FM
- Excellentcommunication;writtenandverbalskills
