Unispace is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead preconstruction activities across commercial projects. You will work with clients, project teams and subcontractors to develop robust budgets, programmes and procurement strategies, identifying risks early to ensure a seamless transition into delivery.
You will bring 7-10 years in construction estimating/preconstruction, robust knowledge of subcontractor markets, and proven bid analysis capabilities.
