A Senior Operations Manager role leading secure and efficient operational activities across a complex service environment. You will provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to supervisory teams, ensure effective workforce planning and deployment to meet operational requirements, and build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders. This role is not you typical 9-5.

About you

- Proven leadership experience within large scale operational environments
- Candidates with experience leading operations within logistics, transport, rail, aviation, or related industries are encouraged to apply
- Experience managing complex frontline operations and evidence managing complex stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated success leading teams in safety critical or high risk environments
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and operational standards
- Ability to monitor and manage performance against agreed targets and service levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong decision making capability in fast-paced and challenging situations
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
