Job Description

Tynan Motors in Kirrawee, NSW, is seeking a Customer Relations Manager/Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house and switchboard teams across a multi-franchise service operation.

n

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve inquiries promptly, mentor service advisors and call centre staff, and report to the Service Managers. This full time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, at our busy dealership.
