General Technician / Handyman

Austrack Campers Heatherbrae is looking for a motivated and hands‐on General Technician / Handyman to join our workshop team.

n

About the Role

n

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for carrying out repairs, installations, maintenance and general workshop tasks on our camper trailers and hybrid caravans.

n

For the right candidate, we can also offer a adaptable working arrangement (3 days per week minimum)

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has experience with 12V electrical systems (48V knowledge is highly regarded).
n
- Servicing knowledge
n
- Is confident using a wide range of hand and power tools.
n
- Has strong general handyman or trade skills.
n
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Is reliable,



punctual and has a strong work ethic.
n
- Looks for solutions rather than problems.
n
- Enjoys learning new skills and tackling new challenges.
n
- Has an interest in off‐road camping, caravans or 4WDs (highly regarded).
n
- Has customer service experience (desirable but not essential).
n
- Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
