n Please note this is an initial 6 month contract role with the likelihood of extension or to be made permanent.
n We're looking for a high-energy technology Expert to drive awareness, advocacy, and sales for Googlebook across key retail stores.

Partnering with one of the world's leading tech giants—Google—you'll represent an exciting new entrant in the consumer laptop market. In this role, you'll take full ownership of store-level execution by building in-store hype, engaging customers, and upskilling retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Create amazing in-store customer experiences across your Territory, interact directly with Googlebook customers and deliver awe-inspiring demonstrations. Role model how to sell Googlebook to frontline retail staff to drive product awareness and advocacy.
n
- Lead engaging store training sessions to ensure all retail sales staff in your territory are equipped with the knowledge to actively sell and promote Googlebook.
n




- Maintain merchandising of products to planogram standards, ensuring all display devices are continuously powered and operating in the correct demo mode.
n
- Ensure product availability and visibility is best-in-class in your stores.
n
- Assist with seasonal merchandising and promotional materials to elevate in-store presence.
n
- Utilise internal systems to report daily store activity, stock levels, customer sentiment, compliance, and all relevant metrics.
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Experience: 2+ years in retail or customer-facing sales roles.
n
- Personality: An outgoing tech enthusiast who can nurture relationships in a skilled context.
n
- Skills: Excellent communication skills with proven experience in training and influencing frontline retail staff.
n
- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (visits to Gold Coast required, Quarterly visits to Cairns or depending on store needs).
n
- Location: Ideally based in or around metro Brisbane.
n
- Other Requirements: A current driver's license and a car are essential.
n
