About the Role
n
You'll take ownership of end-to-end scheduling, ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, customers are kept informed, and your team is constantly improving and developing to deliver high-quality outcomes for the business.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Coordinating and scheduling glazing jobs across multiple regions
n
- Interpreting job details to ensure accurate planning and execution
n
- Team Mentorship through supervise, review, and guidance of the work of junior and mid-level planners.
n
- Partnering with glaziers and internal teams to manage timelines and expectations
n
- Keeping customers informed with clear, proactive communication
n
- Managing high job volumes and competing priorities with confidence
n
- Working with third-party providers to support job delivery where required
n
- Maintaining accurate, real-time updates across systems
n
n
Using Simpro daily to schedule, track, and manage job workflows
n
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
n
About You
n
You're organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
n
5 years' experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles
n
Strong Simpro experience (highly regarded) or similar job management systems
n
Demonstrated mentorship and development of junior planners in a quick moving environment
n
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
n
Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer focus
n
A proactive mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve
n
Experience within trades, construction, or service-based industries is advantageous
n
