Responsibilities

n

n
- Design Delivery and Project Management of Urban Development projects
n
- Responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports and tenders
n
- Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders, interface with all parties, manage approvals, site inspections, manage delivery of design
n
- Projects – residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, public domain and infrastructure
n
- Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes
n
- Projects - urban development, subdivisions and public infrastructure
n
- Roads, drainage, water, sewer, pavement, utilities and bulk earthworks
n
- Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards
n

Qualifications

n

Seeking 10-15+years' experience in a civil engineering consultancy, Chartered Engineer preferred. Technical project delivery and project management experience.
