Aged Care Cleaners Wanted

Bayton is currently seeking caring, reliable and hardworking Aged Care Cleaners to join our growing team across a range of aged care facilities throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

n

These roles are ideal for individuals who are experienced working within aged care and have a valid NDIS Worker Check.

n

Positions Available:

- Full-Time Opportunities

- Part-Time Opportunities

- Morning, Afternoon and Weekend Shifts Available
n
- Multiple Positions Across Various Sydney Locations
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas
n
- Maintaining cleanliness in communal and high-traffic areas
n
- General cleaning duties including floors, surfaces, kitchens and common areas
n
- Rubbish removal and restocking of supplies
n
- Following infection control, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
n
- Reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly
n
- Assisting with equipment movement and general housekeeping duties as required
n

About You:

n

n
- Previous cleaning or aged care experience is essential
n
- Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain relevant compliance requirements,



including a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
n
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
n
- Strong English communication skills and confident interpersonal skills
n
- Understanding of the importance of hygiene, presentation and resident dignity in an aged care environment
n
