HOYTS is seeking a hands-on Premium Experiences Manager to oversee the ongoing performance of our premium concepts across Australia and Recent Zealand. The role is largely site-based, visiting cinemas to ensure guest experience excellence and consistent execution of standards.

You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance and suppliers to lift guest experience, drive revenue, and support business performance across the national circuit. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.
