Field Sales Operations Coordinator – Wanderlust, Loco Love & The Beauty Chef

The Role

n

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Field Sales Operations Coordinator to support our field sales team across Loco Love, The Beauty Chef and Wanderlust.

n

This is a pivotal, behind-the-scenes role that keeps our field sales team operating at their best, supporting projects, systems, training, events and day-to-day operations, while helping bring brand initiatives to life in market.

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Managing day-to-day field sales operations across three leading wellness brands.
n
- Coordinating product and marketing resources including POS, NPD launches, trade presenters and merchandise.
n
- Maintaining systems, processes and operational structures to keep the team running smoothly.
n
- Managing key tools and platforms,



including CRM and sales insights.
n
- Developing and coordinating training materials, platforms and sessions for team and trade.
n
- Supporting team onboarding and training.
n
- Supporting on field workshops, team sessions and trade events.
n
- Acting as a central point of connection between sales, brand, marketing and operations teams.

You'll bring:

- Exceptional organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A sharp eye for detail and accountability - you know what needs to be done, by who and when.
n
- A proactive, autonomous mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
n
- Experience supporting sales teams, operations and systems, training or projects (FMCG or wellness experience as well as CRM system management experience. highly regarded).
