Working closely with Directors, Senior Project Managers, and site teams, you will gain hands‑on exposure across the entire project lifecycle. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your commercial management skills or progress toward Project Management, these businesses actively support and fund long‑term career growth.

About You

- 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder
- Experience delivering new build projects valued at $15M+
- Strong procurement, subcontractor management, cost control and contract administration skills
- Enjoy building relationships with site teams and clients
- Motivated to develop your career within a business that invests in its people
