About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance activities across a large mobile fleet, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard while meeting operational and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the protected, efficient and cost-effective maintenance of a large heavy mining equipment fleet
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, on schedule and within budget
- Build, mentor and lead high-performing maintenance teams
- Drive equipment reliability, availability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present monthly maintenance reports for the client and Head Office
- Ensure all maintenance documentation and reporting is completed accurately




- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and site standards
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and the client

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven leadership experience within large-scale mining maintenance operations.

You will have:

- Extensive experience as a Maintenance Superintendent managing large mobile mining fleets
- Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter or equivalent
- Current G1, G8 and G9 (formerly S1, S2 and S3)
- Current G2 (RIIRIS402E – Carry Out the Risk Management Process)
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams
