MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Customer to lead the Beauty Loop loyalty experience during a 12-month maternity leave cover. You’ll shape propositions, drive a data-informed roadmap, and partner with Data, CRM, Technology, eCommerce, Marketing and Retail teams to deliver personalised, omnichannel experiences.

In this role you’ll own the loyalty product roadmap across app, online, CRM and in-store, turning customer insights into measurable growth.
