Head of Marketing for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed group operating in the personal services, beauty and aesthetics training space. You will run a full-funnel digital program across six unique brands and multiple campuses, delivering on digital marketing and lead generation with a direct reporting line to the CEO and real influence over commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
Own a full-funnel digital program: paid media, SEO, CRM, social media and internal and external events
Deliver daily and weekly lead generation targets across a multi-brand portfolio
Make budget and channel decisions backed by data
Lead a team of specialists plus manage external agency relationships
Work closely with sales to improve conversion rates and overall ROI
Run digital growth for the business with accountability for revenue outcomes
About you
A digital-first operator with a track record of leading multiple websites to drive high lead volume at scale
Experience leading digital marketing and lead generation in fast-moving, multi-site or multi-brand businesses
Comfortable owning performance media, marketing automation and CRM-driven growth with genuine focus on commercial return
Ability to flex between leading rapid moving projects and getting hands on when needed
Well-connected across the digital and performance marketing network — agencies, platforms, talent
Commercially sharp — you speak in ROI, CAC and conversion rate
A team player who can work closely with CEO and CFO

We have six unique brands, multiple campuses and provide education from Certificate III for school leavers to post graduate for registered nurses and doctors. You will work with a very stable and dedicated Leadership Team.
